These are terms and conditions for $10,000 total body transformation makeover giveaway. This is a giveaway and not a contest or sweepstakes. There is no cash alterative or value to this giveaway. Giveaway Starts on August 16, 2010 at 8:00am and ends on September 30, 2010 at 6:00pm. All products and services are donated by Doctors, Personal Trainers, Fitness Center, Hair and Beauty salon and Clothing boutique. No purchase is necessary. You must be 18 years or older to enter. You must live within 35 mile radius of Palm Coast 1 on 1 Fitness located at 3 Boulder Rock Drive, Palm Coast FL, 32137 and provide legal proof of residency at the drawing. The winning recipient must be present at drawing on September 30, 2010 at 6:30pm to win. Entries/Winnings are non-transferable. Must register at moneypages.com, print completed form, submit to a front desk staff member at Palm Coast 1 on 1 Fitness located at 3 Boulder Rock Drive, Palm Coast FL, 32137, and must take a tour of our facility. Palm Coast 1 on 1 Fitness member entries is based on per contract purchase and not per individual. Memberships must be current and in good standing to receive entry. Void where prohibited by law. Giveaway recipient must agree to photo release waiver and agree to take part in future marketing and promotions without remuneration. Employees and their immediate family are not permitted to enter or win this giveaway.

The winning recipient will receive specific instructions to follow a strict regimen and must be available for training times, consultations and procedures at our available selective time. Failure to participate as directed in any form disqualifies the recipient immediately.
Step 1) The recipient will consult with our wellness director for a modified eating regimen based on PH levels in their urine & saliva. Step 2) Our certified personal trainers will program 36 personalized one on one training session for one year at Palm Coast 1 on 1 fitness. Step 3) Our Board Certified Anti-aging physician will perform Body Sculpturing, which is an advanced non-invasive technique to permanently remove excess fat deposits in areas that are constantly resistant to any diets or exercise. This procedure is performed by injecting saline and Lidocaine into any site(s) that have excess fat and then all of the fluid plus part of the fat cells are then removed out. This is the safest way to remove fat expediently. Step 4) At the end of 90 days you will receive a complete hair style with color and a facial with makeup, performed by Allure European Day Spa. Step 5) A dress or suit by Bridals by Agnes will finalize the finishing touches.
